What does it cost to have my rental listings included?
Nothing. Including and promoting your rental listings is free: there is no subscription and there are no listing fees.
Do I have to enter my listings again?
No. You keep managing your listings as you do now. WoningMe links your existing rental offer, so there is no double work.
Where does a home seeker land after clicking my listing?
On your own listing page. WoningMe always links to the original listing. The home seeker views the full listing and responds via your agency's website.
Which details of my listings does WoningMe show?
Among other things the address and location, rent, property features, photos, description, availability, the name of the agency or landlord and a link to the original listing. Your agency stays credited as the source.
Can I stop my listings from being published?
Yes, at any time. Send a request through the objection form or email [email protected] and WoningMe will stop publishing your listings.
How do I sign up?
Fill in the sign-up form on the Dutch sign-up page with your company name, website and email address. We review your website and contact you if we need more information.
