No subscription and no listing fees. - Effort: none extra. The agency keeps managing listings as usual; WoningMe links the existing offer. Agencies using Realworks can be connected through WoningMe's Realworks integration. - Traffic: every listing links to the agency's own original listing page, and the agency is always credited as the source. - Shown per listing: address and location, rent, features, photos, description, availability, agency name and a link to the original listing. - Opt-out: an agency can ask WoningMe to stop publishing its listings at any time via https://woning.me/bezwaar or info@woning.me. - Sign-up form and FAQ (Dutch): https://woning.me/voor-makelaars - English summary: https://woning.me/en/for-agents - Realworks integration: https://woning.me/voor-makelaars/realworks ## Developer API WoningMe offers a REST API over its Dutch rental listings (private sector, mid-market and social housing), queried by city and radius, with HMAC-signed webhooks for new matches. - Price: 15 EUR per month (Personal plan, for non-commercial use; for commercial use see https://woning.me/en/collaborate). New accounts get a 2-day trial; a payment method must be added first, the API returns HTTP 402 until billing is set up. Cancelling within the trial costs nothing.
